•SuperiorGlacier is a Safe Harbor certified company with a state of the art ESI lab located at 42 Broadway in New York City. Our Facility is designed to comply with the most recent rules and regulations for the protection of your data.
•Our Production facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.
•Biometric access for entry to main Production facility.
•The ESI Lab is located within the main Production facility in an enclosed and secure area.
•Access to the ESI Lab is restricted to ESI personnel and selected Senior Managers.
•Protocols for data handling to establish and maintain chain of custody are in place for all ESI to be analyzed and processed in the ESI Lab.
•Fireproof safe is in place for temporary storage of digital media while processing continues to completion.
•All original ESI media received from our clients are mounted using write blocking hardware, software or other read only devices to maintain data integrity throughout the process.
•Secure file shares on our network are set up for ESI in order to load, process and deliver production results.
•Access to file shares with original ESI is restricted to EDD and Data forensics staff.
•Access to file shares with work product resulting from processing and/or analysis is restricted to Project Managers.
•Only data migration software with audit tracking capabilities is used to move ESI from one location to another.
•Data handling, chain of custody and security procedures are under constant review for the implementation of improvements.
