Sunil is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in litigation support. He has an established record of successfully pioneeringa scalable vision for firm-wide use of litigation technologies. Sunil’s experience directing cost-effective programs to support specific case strategies has proved to be essential in preparing and winning cases. Using best practice methodologies for diverse legal practice areas, Sunil has encouraged clients to use a more efficient approach to managing information.
Sunil has applied his expertise on the legal side practicing law and on the technology side practicing litigation support. Sunil practiced law for eight years before turning his efforts to counseling and assisting law firms. Serving as Director of Project Management at Ipro, Sunil mastered how to best manage litigation information using traditional litigation support applications. After gaining valuable experience with Ipro, he applied his legal training and knowledge as a service provider to accept a position at Wiley Rein LLP as Senior Litigation Support Specialist. He successfully advised over 150 attorneys on best litigation support practices.Sunil also designed, constructed and implemented a litigation support department that supported over 175 users while managing multi-terabytes of data for a prominent Washington D.C. law firm.

Kevin is the Vice President of Electronic Services, leading Forensics Services, Electronic Discovery, Data and Hosting. Kevin also manages Information Technology and Software Development. Kevin’s professional services background has a strong focus on technology and his experience includes extensive work in computer forensics and electronic discovery.
Before joining SuperiorGlacier, Kevin worked for KPMG’s Electronic Discovery Management group. Prior to that, he was a member of Huron Consulting Group’s Digital Evidence team. Kevin also spent five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Global Technology Solutions and Forensic Technology Services groups.
Kevin has conducted forensic acquisitions and data analysis for many clients. He has performed numerous in-depth forensic examinations of all forms of digital evidence. His experience includes managing financial investigations including client site forensic collections, electronic document processing, hosting, review management, and productions. Kevin has worked with the legal departments of financial services companies to enhance their matter management business practices through business process reviews, system configuration assessments and implementation planning. Kevin also provides technology advisory services on the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) to help clients reduce the cost, time and manual work associated with e-discovery.

As Executive Vice President of Sales and Project Management, Frank oversees the day to day operations of Sales, Project Management,Marketing and Customer Service for our Northeast Region.

With his industry knowledge honed from a very successful 9 year career in Litigation Support, he provides a consultative approach to help determine a proper plan for each of his clients.

Josh's career began in 2002 with SuperiorGlacier and has been able to successfully grow within the company by truly understanding that client satisfaction leads to ultimate success. He manages the DC office Business Development team and focuses on developing new ways to improve cost effective solutions for Corporate, Legal, and Government clients.
Josh faces challenges head-on consistently committing himself to completely understanding the client’s needs and objectives. Utilizing his industry experience, he provides a consultative approach applying the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) to facilitate a streamlined process specific to each client's project. His project design, implementation and execution are consistently met with great forethought and precision. He has managed clients from the collection through production process and provided counsel to scores of clients including numerous high profile matters.

With over 18 years of Production Management and Litigation Support experience, Mike ensures delivery of accurate, cost-effective and timely client work through consistent attention to organization, process and customer service.
Whether supporting a cast of litigation attorneys from various law firms or processing time sensitive material for large investment banks or insurance companies in the Wall Street area, Mike’s growing operations experience is rooted in great client service.

The SuperiorGlacier sales team is bringing its expertise to the distinct markets of Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Physicians.
Russ' 25 year background includes 10 years in the healthcare services industry managing teams of sales persons in a variety of well-known top-tier sales force businesses including, ServiceMaster Industries, Reuters America, and Bloomberg, LP - as its first Director, Sales and Marketing.

As Vice President of Project Management, Michael oversees project management for all of Superiorglacier’s offices. His 10 years of experience combine the skills of professional project management with the knowledge and experience required for successful work in the litigation support industry.
Michael started his litigation support career as a Data Analyst. After 2 years he then made the transition into Project Management. His hard work and dedication as a Project Manager helped pave the way for his most recent promotion to Vice President of Project Management and Technical Sales. He has managed large scale imaging, hosting, coding and electronic discovery projects that included Top 100 law firms and Fortune 500 Companies.

Jodie started her career as an account executive in 2004 and has risen to her current position as Director of Sales for New York. During her 5 year sales career she has been successful in developing and forging solid relationships with her clients. Her commitment to the clients’ needs, understanding of their objectives, and her industry knowledge were fundamental to her sales career. Her clients greatly benefited from Jodie’s dedication and consultative sales approach.
Jodie is a creative, high achieving executive who leads by example in educating her sales team. She is responsible for promoting SuperiorGlacier’s services, managing sales accounts, improving revenue, and generating new business.

Christopher has over 19 years of litigation support and consulting experience working with counsels providing data analysis, document management, training and support services. As Director of Hosting Systems he is responsible for managing the support team which manages over 500 active client end-users on multiple hosting platforms. His team actively supports and consults on over 200 databases representing about 10 terabytes of client data.
Christopher is an expert in working with many Litigation Support Products such as IPRO, iConect, Concordance, Clearwell, Concordance FYI,
LiveNote, Syngence, Equivio, Catalyst, Inference Data and Lotus Notes- CaseWorks, among others.
Prior to joining SuperiorGlacier, Christopher spent 10 years with Legal Information Technology, primarily as a Production Manager, working on large litigation matters. Christopher has traveled extensively in order to manage large on-site projects.

Sean is the Manager of Computer Forensics and Electronic Discovery Services. Based in SuperiorGlacier’s New York office Sean is an experienced professional with a strong experience in electronic discovery, computer forensic and technology consulting.
Before joining SuperiorGlacier, Sean worked for Stroz Friedberg as a Digital Forensics Examiner where he conducted forensic acquisitions, examinations, and preservations of laptops, desktops, file and e-mail servers, backup tapes, cellular telephones, and removable media for civil litigations, criminal matters, internal investigations, and computer-incident response efforts. He has worked as Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting Inc., where he assisted in a review in London at the British Office of Fair Trade in a corrupt-practices investigation. He also has worked as a Senior Consultant at Navigant Consulting, Inc., where he conducted computer forensic analyses and consulted on electronic-discovery projects in SEC investigations and intellectual-property, trade-secret, and financial cases. As a Data Sales Solution Provider at Nextgen Networks, Inc Sean designed wide-area data and voice networks and managed complex network installations.
Sean is an EnCase Certified Examiner, a Certified Data Recovery Professional, and has received training in the preservation and analysis of cell phones.

Cornell has over 13 years of industry experience in the Litigation Support/ Project Management field. He has performed a wide variety of roles ranging from Paralegal to Project Manager. Since joining the company 8 years ago Cornell’s success has paved the way for him to become the Head of the project management team for all of New York. He has lead, consulted and trained on product development, software delivery and network infrastructure. Cornell is an expert at large scale project management while serving as a liaison between Attorneys and Litigation Support Departments.

Irina is the Manager of Data Services. Based in SuperiorGlacier’s New York office, Irina is an experienced professional with a strong experience in electronic discovery and data analytics.
She is in charge of the day to day management of all Data functions. She also oversees our India Data Team and their operations.
With her years of litigation support experience, Irina ensures delivery of accurate and timely client requests through consistent attention to detail, process and service. She guides her team, striving for a quality product to satisfy our client’s needs.
Irina started at SuperiorGlacier as a Data Analyst 5 years ago and her success helped pave the way for her recent promotion to Manager of Data Services.

Billy Davidson is an IT professional with over 14 years of success in Information Technology. Billy is a true IT leader, he is an expert in infrastructure design, engineering and aligning technology investments with business goals.
As Director of Information Technologies, Billy is responsible for providing technology leadership and support in the design and implementation of infrastructure technology and end user support. Ensuring operational stability and robust performance through out the enterprise. Reviews and prioritizes help desk tickets and requests with IT System Engineers. Plans, resources and executes IT requirements for client projects. Technical lead on SuperiorGlacier IT initiatives such as IT policies and procedures, IT expenditure planning, business continuity and disaster recovery.
Prior to joining SuperiorGlacier, Billy spent 4 years with Legal Information Technology, primarily as a Systems Engineer, working on system and network design, implementation and support.

Mendel leads the software development team at Superior Glacier, which is responsible for the development and maintenance of our custom applications. He has over 14 year’s experience of administrating and developing RDBMS, in particular MS SQL Server and MS Access, as well as the programming languages VB .NET, C#. NET and VBA. Mendel has been with Superior Glacier since 2000 and has since successfully built a Windows Client-Server application named ‘PTA’ (Production Tracking & Accounting) which tracks and stores, with comprehensive detail, the complete life cycle of every project or service we provide to our clients.
