Tom Tigh founded Glacier (1997), one of the companies now comprising SuperiorGlacier. Mr. Tigh brings 27 years of legal industry experience to his primary responsibility of implementing and coordinating major projects and consulting engagements. As during the course of his career, Tom continues to manage the discovery process and provide insight to clients involved in high profile cases utilizing SuperiorGlacier as a provider for both traditional and electronic discovery. Tom delivers several courses on best practices for the collection, analysis, and production of both paper and electronic evidence.
More recently, Tom brings his expertise to meetings between counsel as well as before Courts, bringing legal and technical professionals together in a focused manner to determine a successful, cost effective course of compliance with electronic data requests. Tom has testified in Federal Court as an
expert in ESI (Electronically Stored Information) and has been appointed to oversee the court-directed production of ESI, including determinations regarding the suitability and completeness of the forensic and EDD processing efforts of the parties.
Russ Lake manages the sales efforts at SuperiorGlacier. Mr. Lake has built an experienced, solution-focused team of knowledgeable sales professionals to craft value-oriented solutions in support of client's litigation support needs. The SuperiorGlacier sales team is bringing its expertise to the distinct markets of law firms, corporate legal departments and government.
Russ' 25 year background includes managing teams of sales persons in a variety of well-known top-tier sales force businesses including ADP Brokerage Group, Reuters America, and Bloomberg, LP - as its first Director, Sales and Marketing.
Morris Friedman, a principal of the firm, holds diverse responsibilities for the welfare of SuperiorGlacier. This role evolved from his tenure and general experience with the firm, which started with the company's purchase by the Friedman family in 1997. Primary to his focus are client relationships, supported by the SuperiorGlacier executive sponsorship program. In addition, Morris is involved in sales strategy and programs, coordinated with Russ Lake, the Vice President of Sales, and Client Satisfaction - for which he is extraordinarily passionate - coordinated with Sean McMechen, the Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Friedman's experience with SuperiorGlacier spans ten years, and from this he brings a wealth of industry and client relationship experience. During these years, Morris was managing the sales and marketing functions. Added to this, Morris brings with him a CPA background and practice experience, which lends a strong financial expertise to his influence on the SuperiorGlacier business.
