Gain Control of E-Discovery Projects with ESI Spy

SuperiorGlacier clients now have a new tool to control costs and better manage their e-discovery projects. ESI Spy is
an easy to use web portal that provides insight into project data. ESI Spy allows clients to asses their data early on in
a case, giving them the opportunity to make adjustments to project scope to get only the data they need. By giving
clients the ability to preview their data SuperiorGlacier will help save money and better manage projects from start
to finish.

With ESI Spy, clients will be able to log in to a secure Web-based portal, where they can enter project information
and provide processing instructions. From there, they can browse a directory of the data — either on a hard drive,
CD/DVD or other media. ESI Spy rapidly provides the client with the types and sizes of files of the data set. Once
processed additional reports about the data are available, including:

Create dates
Password protection
File count
Errors
Document extensions
Duplicate listing
File size
De-nisting

Customers can create custom reports depending on their specific project needs. With this information about their
data, clients can make important decisions about moving their project forward in the most efficient manner possible.
Once a project is underway ESI Spy will allow clients to see where their data is in the process and when the project
will be completed, allowing clients to better plan their review strategy. It will also store information about past projects
for future reference.

SuperiorGlacier clients can easily access ESI Spy from the SuperiorGlacier Web site and from http://www.esispy.com. ESI Spy
is accessible from any computer with an internet connection. Once a client is set up in the portal, a client representative
will be granted administrative rights to manage their company’s access to the portal. That administrator can add
as many users to the account as they need and assign various access levels to those users, depending on their involvement
with the project. Using and administrating the system is simple, little to no training is needed to quickly get up
and running.
