New York - April 11th, 2007 - SuperiorGlacier announced today the appointment of Mark S. Dailey as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dailey has over 20 years experience and a career distinguished by consistent success in building and leading dynamic, high-performance organizations in the information technology and financial services industries.

Mark's experience includes leading all of the expansion efforts across seven countries in Asia for Bloomberg Financial Markets, the global leader in the delivery of international real-time financial information. He spent 14 years with Bloomberg and was one of the company's first 35 employees and a direct report to Michael Bloomberg.

More recently Mark was President of Interim Management International where he provided outsourced Chief Operating Officer services to venture capital backed and privately-held companies. The primary focus of IMI was to develop and institute a metrics-driven organization to improve consistency and predictability in business results for growth stage companies.

Mr. Dailey has also served as Chief Operating Officer for two companies, LexiQuest, Inc., a technology-based company exploiting linguistics and natural language processing in developing software tools to manage, access and retrieve large Intranet document collections for Global 1000 companies and Medcast Networks, a high-tech company providing real time news and information to health care providers. While at LexiQuest, he opened, staffed and provided direct operational oversight to offices in London, Frankfurt, Brussels and New York and led a core management team of seven and a multicultural staff of 55+ in sales, marketing, professional services and MIS roles. During his service at Medcast, he was a key member in steering its merger with WedMD, Healtheon and MedeAmerica to form the Internet's only end-to-end health business. Further, he managed all aspects of daily operations, participated in enterprise-level strategic planning and decision-making, and shared P&L accountability with the CEO. He also conceived, developed and executed a unique business plan involving the negotiation of a strategic alliance with IBM's Global Service Division to provide and install 20,000+ desktops into key physician's offices over a 12-month period.

"As a more complex array of services are being demanded by an ever-widening client base, having a CEO of Mark's caliber at the helm will position us well in the industry," said Ben Friedman, Executive VP of SuperiorGlacier. "His leadership will ensure that we will continue on our strong growth track while maintaining the consultative relationships our clients have come to expect."
