Our full range of coding services – from basic bibliographic ( date, author, address ) to analytical ( document summaries, names in text, issues ) can streamline and quicken data searches. We know that all documents are not created equal and should not be treated the same.

•PRE-CODING: Using bar code and mark-sense recognition technology, we can pre-code fields including hot keys, date and document type and create an index during image capture.

•AUTO-ENCODING: This automated, programmatic completion of fielded database records uses OCR/OWR and auto-code software to generate records at high speed and lower cost.

•DOMESTIC AND OFF-SHORE RESOURCES: We can meet any deliverable timeframe using our in-house resources and a network of allied partners in the U.S. and overseas. All data must pass rigorous quality control review at SuperiorGlacier before delivery.
